he carries out judgment throughout the earth.^[a]
¹⁵Remember^[b] continually his covenantal decree,
the promise he made^[c] to a thousand generations—
¹⁶the promise^[d] he made to Abraham,
the promise he made by oath to Isaac!^[e]
